Room 19A is a larger room with one king bed and a pull out single sofa. It has a bath with a shower, in room refrigerator and coffee maker, cable TV and an outside sitting area with Adirondack chairs and a table.

$225.00 a night for a party of two

Room 4C is in our small two story, hotel style building. This is a cozy room with one queen bed, bath with a shower, in room refrigerator and coffee maker. The room is on the second floor and enjoys a water view from the common deck on the front.

$165.00 a night for a party of two.

Sept. 4 to Sept. 8 (2 nights minimum stay)
Cottage 17 is a detached one bedroom cottage with two single beds in the bedroom. This unit has a living room with a fire place, full eat in kitchen, full bath, and a great screened in porch. This unit is finished in traditional Pickwick pine wood paneling and is very cozy for two.

$270.00 a night for a party of two.

Cottage 10A is a studio style cottage unit and has one queen bed. The unit has a full kitchen, fireplace, full bath and a view of the water. This is a great small cottage for two.

$235.00 a night for a party of two.

Room 10B is a small room for two with one standard double bed. The room is in a cottage style building and has a full bath and in room refrigerator and coffee maker. The room is quite close to the boat dock and has a sitting area with two Adirondack chairs directly outside the room with great water views. It’s one of our smaller rooms and is very affordable.

$140 for the nights of the 4th and 5th. and $105.00 starting on the 6th for a party of two.

Sept. 6th to Sept 11th (no minimum stay)
Room 2C is in our small two story, hotel style building. This is a cozy room with one queen bed, bath with a shower, in room refrigerator and coffee maker. The room is on the first floor and enjoys a water view from the common deck on the front.

$135.00 a night for a party of two.

Sept. 8th (one night)
Cottage 7 is a wonderful two bedroom waterfront cottage. The unit has a queen bed in one room and two twin beds in the second bedroom. This cottage has a living area with a wood burning fireplace, a full kitchen and bath. A screened porch overlooks the Ogunquit Tidal River and the Atlantic Ocean.

$335.00 a night for a party of four.
