rugs. These inviting coastal Maine vacation cottage rentals are equipped with
full baths, full kitchens, and pleasant vistas of the tidal river and sand dunes. Sit
on your screened porch, and let refreshing waterfront breezes caress you, 'or sit right outside
your unit in one of our own custom built Adirondack chairs'. Or cozy
up to your wood-burning fireplace, and warm up the chilly evening. Our award-winning
Ogunquit Maine cottages include:

Cottage suites* - As the smallest cottage units, these are designed for
two people. They feature a combination living room / bedroom with a fireplace,
and either a queen or a king bed. All but one of the cottage suites are part
of a larger multi-unit, cottage-style building. Cottage #18 is a large "cottage-
style" suite that is detached and features a screened porch.

One-bedroom cottages* - Similar to the two-bedroom cottages, with either
two twin beds or a double and twin in the bedroom. These one-bedroom units will
typically accommodate two or three people, but in some cases can accommodate up
to four. Most of the one-bedroom cottages are part of a larger, cottage-style
building and are not detached. As with all the cottages, the one-bedroom units
are equipped with a full kitchen and fireplace, and some have a screened porch.

Two-bedroom cottages** - As the largest units on the property, these are
detached, single buildings. They feature two bedrooms and one full bathroom -
with either a tub / shower combination or a stall shower. Each accommodates four
to five guests. Several cottages have queen beds in one bedroom and two twin beds
in the other - while others are equipped with two twin beds or one double bed in
each bedroom. Most of the cottages have a small pullout sofa in the living room
to accommodate a fifth person. We also have two cottages that can house groups
of six guests. Most of the two-bedroom cottages are equipped with a screened
porch with a water view.
The housekeeping staff does not service the cottage units. However, guests may exchange
linens each day. Housekeeping service in the cottages is available by request at an additional
charge. All of the cottages are designed as non-smoking units.
* Cottage suites and One-bedroom cottages require a minimum one week stay in July and August (Saturday to Saturday), three nights minimum at all other times.
